For Parents & Carers

Communicating with WA

Parents and carers play a crucial role in the progress and achievements of Westminster Academy students.

  • The first point of contact for all parents and carers is their child's personal tutor.
  • The Academy holds Parents' Evenings, Tutor Evenings and provides reports to ensure parents and carers are kept up to date and can involve themselves in their child's learning.
  • The weekly newsletter includes notifications and events.
  • The Principal holds informal coffee mornings or after school chats with parents and carers.
  • Close cooperation between school and home is vital to the success of our students. To this end, we invite parents and carers to read our Parent, Carer and Visitor Code of Conduct to help us promote positive, constructive communication at all times.
